Clinical Interests
Dr. Music is a DPI licensed school psychologist and an approved traumatic brain injury provider with the NC Dept. of Public Instruction. She is primarily involved in training school psychology master’s level graduate and doctoral students through practicum and supervision. Her research interests include resiliency in children, compassion fatigue, mental health, anxiety, traumatic brain injury, executive functioning, and research into classroom applications. Before joining the faculty at ECU, she trained and worked as a school psychologist and adjunct faculty member across several NC counties and medical and school settings.
Note: Dr. Music’s role is primarily clinical, she does not accept students to mentor.
